BsaOnline.com Accessibility Statement
Known Findings and Remediation Approach — May 2026
Our Commitment
BS&A Software is committed to making bsaonline.com usable by everyone, including residents and taxpayers who rely on assistive technology. In May 2026 we engaged accessiBe, an independent accessibility specialist, to evaluate the site against the leading global standards. The full Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT®) is available on request.
Conformance Summary
| Standard | Scope | Result |
|---|---|---|
| WCAG 2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 | Levels A and AA | Conforms — partial support on a limited set of criteria |
| Section 508 (Revised) | Web ICT | Conforms — inherits WCAG findings |
| EN 301 549 | V3.2.1, Chapter 9 (Web) | Conforms — inherits WCAG findings |
No criterion was rated Does Not Support. Every gap is a localized “Partially Supports” — the functionality is in place but contains specific defects we are actively remediating.

Functional Performance Statement
Section 508 Chapter 3 and EN 301 549 Chapter 4 evaluate the product against user needs across vision, color perception, hearing, and cognition. These criteria roll up the technical findings above, so bsaonline.com is reported as Partially Supports in those categories. Closing the items in the table will move these statements to full Supports at our next assessment.
Remediation Approach
- Tracked: All findings have been logged in our engineering backlog with WCAG criterion references for traceability.
- Prioritized: Fixes are prioritized by user impact, with the Pay and Parcel flows addressed first because they are the most frequently used.
- Reassessed: BS&A will commission a reassessment by accessiBe in 2027 and publish an updated VPAT.
